This step-by-step program assures you that when you visit, you will be shown only the homes that you have expressed interest in, that meet your specific requirements. As your agent, I will never show you any home that does not meet your exact specifications. Through the facilities offered here, you will eliminate all of the problems that one might encounter in trying to sort through the process of ending up with the home you want at a price you can afford to pay. Before you even get here all of the time consuming and hard part is done for you!
The process is simply a matter of doing all of the things necessary before your arrival.
- You furnish me with your new home specifications using the request form below. You are under no obligation whatever by doing so.
- I will then send you a list of homes meeting your specifications describing each including asking price.
- When you identify the10 homes for which you would like to receive more information, I will send you a sheet on each of them including exterior and interior photos when available.
- When you finalize the list to include only the 5 homes that you wish to visit, I will verify their availability status. Remember, in Real Estate, time is of the essence.
- If you elect to be shown those homes you must arrange a mutually acceptable appointment date for viewing the homes you have selected, and notify me of your arrival time.
